Children: the Heir - typically the firstborn - Crown Prince or Princess, other children are a Prince or Princess
Requirements
Queen is a hereditary title; a Princess whose spouse has been crowned King. However, if she was a Crown Princess and her spouse moved into her castle, she would be the reigning monarch, the Sovereign Queen, and would outrank her spouse, who would in turn be a Queen or Prince Consort
In the case the a Queen is only the temporary ruler until their child is of age, she would be called a Queen Regent

Responsibilities
The Soverign Queen is tasked with the management, prosperity, and safety of their entire kingdom and the people and cultures living with in her borders.
Accoutrements & Equipment
A Queen is expected to wear a crown for any and all public appearances.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
Queen is lifetime positions, that is held until one's death. While rare, a Queen may wish to hand responsibility over to their adult children, or a chosen knight and retire. This is usually after her and her spouse are both over 70, and again, is quite rare. A living but retired Sovereign Queen would be called a Queen Emeritus.
