Requirements
Queen is a hereditary title; a Princess whose spouse has been crowned King or Sovereign Queen and she moves into her spouses castle.
In the case the a Queen is only the temporary ruler until their child is of age, she would be called a Queen Regent

Responsibilities
The Queen is tasked with the managing the relationships between the lower nobles, the management of the castle and the servants with in, and the education of not only her own children but of the children of her kingdom. She is tasked with social services and social events for her kingdom.

A Queen is expected to wear a crown for any and all public appearances.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
A Queen rules with her spouse until their death or retirement. A living but retired Queen would be called a Queen Dowager
