Journal Entry - 7/26

We have found ourselves in quite the situation - I don't have much time to write this, but I can sense in my feathers that we are all too near to danger. If we do not tread lightly, we can find ourselves in great peril.

We are delving deeper into the forest. There is a small band of orcs here, but we managed to grasp at some of their plans. We will tread onward - I hope we can find safety among the enemy.

There isn't much time to write - spiders, lots of them - there is a murmur of great energy in this forest, I can feel it. It doesn't take a warlock to sense this kind of terror.

We've stumbled on a horror greater than my fears, there is a much deeper root of evil in these woods, and I hope we may survive to tell the tale. For now, we must act - this beast will not be stricken down easily.
