Family
Family.
A person’s blood relations. Mother and Fathers. Brothers and Sisters. Sons and Daughters.
And, in Abby’s case, cousins and cousins.
I know every definition of family. But what does it mean?
Do I have a family? Can something like me even have a family? Was the Master my family?
If so was he my father? That seems illogical, I am millennia older than he was. Brothers? Cousins? Does not compute.
Abby says his family relationships are complicated. Looking at his family tree that is indeed true.
Sothraun says that family is people you care for. People you want to impress, and people who care about you.
Perhaps my companions could be my family. We certainly care for each other. But in that case, who are the parents?
My computations leave only one option for our parents: Never is the mother, and Barg must be the father. It is decided.
As we travel deeper into the forest, we were robbed by a fox while I was in my rumination. By the time I noticed him my companions were in the woods, and the fox was a man. Rankle may have defecated at his appearance. Then we saw the Guide again.
Apparently we lack fate threads. Meaning unknown.
