We defeated the orcs. 32 orcs vs the 6 + 2 of us. Improbable, yet we still stand.

The halflings turned out to be Never’s siblings, but they don’t remember her. Fleshling memories are worse than mine it seems. Fighting the Orcs made me feel stronger, and quicker. The fight gave me inspiration for new inventions. I heard The Master once say that ruins and ancient technology were his “muse”.

Perhaps combat is my muse then.

Rerae asked for my help controlling the scarf. If we remove it she will still die, but we can pull it down enough for her to talk. Chalkboard: not required. She was able to add more cloth to the length of her scarf using Rankle’s magic needle.

Rankle sewed all the towels and curtains together. The Lord got mad about it. Anger seems less effective than scissors would be to fix the problem. Strange creatures.

Abby seems to be in trouble with his family. I didn’t think Rankle’s prank was such a big deal. We are going to meet some more of his family. Why would he go somewhere he fears so greatly? Strange.
