The Surgery: First Impressions

At first glance, its reads as though the government is going forward with MindBreaker testing. Though, having experienced the system myself, I doubt they've achieved anything as fanciful as this user seems to suggest. I, for the time being, will be writing this journal off as mere fantacy, though making a note of it here, on the chance that I am wrong.
 
I am considering what would be necessary to bring it to such a level though, as the idea is, at the least, of some interest. Though I have no means or desire to actually test these ideas. That system is, by far, the worst thing I have had the displeasure of being a part of.
