Appearance

Physical Description

An enormous dragon made up of earth, trees, and plants, with the specific land and plants involved ever shifting as he moves. In human form, he appears as a wizened little Asian man wearing a very fancy robe with silhouettes of trees and such on it.

Special abilities

Budo is capable of casual lifeshaping, permanently and precisely modifying living creatures and plants in a way that can replicate or reverse the effects of a permanent polymorph. The limits of this ability are unclear. He has not been seen to use this ability offensively, though it may be related to his ability to near-instantly grow large trees on demand.

Personal history

In the summer of 23 ARL, Budo gave the Shadows of Existence information on The Chasm of the Lost in exchange for several magic items (a condition that was later amended to them defeating the encroaching General Shen's terracotta army) and brief access to the Emerald Lantern. He later helped them fight the evil Phoenix Clan adventurers who stole the Emerald Lantern while the Shadows were destroying the Rift Dweller.
