Hitting the wall Report

General Summary

The Five Fingers make their way back to Alexander Face’s Travelling Circus & Menagerie alongside Marble’s new homunculus, Cookie. There they used the fortune teller’s orb to scry on Bali . They learn a little, including a suspicion that he may be hiding out in the dwarven town of Allgringthveit. 
This also proves to be the heroes next destination, following up one of the rituals from Wishart's Palimpsest. Before they leave Marsahurst Alexander informs Thomas Marchant that he will remain at Marsahurst and it will be under his protection. 
The proof of this protection was soon seen as they came across a group of gnolls who seemed to have run up against an invisible barrier. Bypassing this threat the heroes had an uneventful remainder of the day. And evening, except for Marble who had another nocturnal visit from Bali and more threats. 
As the party gets closer to Allgringthveit they pass the toxic shores of Lake Fiery but pass without incident. The same cannot be said in the evening where a strange shadowy creature rushes out of the dark to attack Badalona Ailendogs…
