Allgringthveit
Allgringthveit is a small, almost exclusively dwarven village beneath the Falcon Hills. It is a village attached to a mine which is Dorwine's only source of mithril and also provides lead and diamonds. The mithril supply and historic significance of Allgringthveit is such that it has its own Baron.
Currently the village is facing a bit of a crisis - miners are going missing in the mine. Unrest is starting to rise because the locals fear some sort of monster is stalking the mine and Baron Falkrunn Rumnaheim is not doing enough about it.

Defences
A great wall and gate seals off Allgringthveit from the surface. This gate and wall is reached down a long tunnel that descends almost half a mile from the surface.
Industry & Trade
Allgringthveit is the centre of all Dorwine's mithril trade.
History
The village is far, far older than the County calendar and is said to be the place where the first dwarves lived. Stories say that eventually many dwarves tired of living so far from the son and all but the hardiest headed for the easy life on the surface.

Geography
The village sits in a huge natural cavern. Great stalagmites of crystal, some as big as small buildings, grow from the floor of the cavern in many places. These are beautiful but not particularly valuable so they remain and are protected by the Baron
