Bandit Raids at LV 15? Sure, Why Not?

General Summary

Benkei , Genji , Conradus , and Yuuna set out on the Azuma Road in search of leads regarding Sasaki Kojiro's hideout. After travelling for almost two weeks with no signs of any Si-Xiong, they were finally accosted by a small raiding party near Tao-Tei. After capturing and questioning one of the raiders, they followed the retreating tracks through the Sabaku back towards their camp under the cover of night. Using a combination of Yuuna's Invisiblity and Benkei's Pass without Trace spells, they snuck into the camp and approached the man they thought to be Sasaki Kojiro. After an unsuccessful attempt to paralyze him, combat broke out in the middle of the camp as wave upon wave of Si-Xiong fell upon the intruders.   In the ensuing chaos, the weapon they had been sent to retrieve was revealed to be a flintlock pistol Kyotouryu that shot bolts of fire and thunder. Eventually, Yuuna was able to paralyze Sasaki and the group was able to teleport back towards Feng-Nao. Their captive offered no resistance as they bound him and marched him back into the city.   They brought him before Liu-Xiao the next morning, and handed over both him and his Kyotouryu in exchange for the scroll of Imprisonment and a hefty sum of platinum. Sasaki was brought into the Sword Jockey's and the group spent some time taking care of housekeeping points (picking up the newly repaired Bitō and angel feathers from "Cutter"). They returned to Tengoku and scryed on Isidor, sitting in on part of an angry meeting between Galbatorix, Laxius, Vazrimoth , and a disturbed man they assumed to be Nultial Invictus. Based on the environment, they assumed the The Twelve Apostles were camped somewhere in the Glasscliff's of Jigokudani on the Tochigi Peninsula. They also discovered that Tao-Ren had returned from her trip to Faerun and quickly brought her up to date on the current situation.   The group decided to inform Mifune of the implications regarding She Who Invites and traveled to Abe no Seimei. While there, they learned that someone had broken into the Archives and had researched the Koryo San Dai Aku Yokai, particularly Tamamo no Mae. They were also joined by Ninomiya Sora , the captured Disciple of Setsuna that had been interned at Abe no Seimei.   They returned to Tengoku, Benkei and Genji learned that the crate Pujing had entrusted them with was full of smuggled smut, and were also approached by the same "cold" woman that had accompanied Lazarus when they'd first met him. She warned them that Vazrimoth would be pursuing them in search of her abyssal anchor. Not wanting to endanger the city, they returned to Feng-Nao.
