Session 37: A normal day in the life of...
General Summary
The party had to deal with the guards they killed in combat as well as the remaining guard and the leader of the group, Gusairne, Gul. While Chuck and Ardit took the bodies out to be burned and left in the pumphouse region, the other two, Ivom and Taric took Gul and the remaining guard down into their cellar as prisoners. The two attempted to interrogate Gul. While they got some information from him, he was quite defiant, at reveled little. They planned to continue interrogations for the next day. To the surprise of everyone, a caravan from New Towne, Taldor showed up in Stachys, Taldor with migrants who abandoned New Towne, Taldor. With just over 30 new citizens, the group got to meet back up with Vort, Caphridius, the once leader of New Towne. Addtionally they met with the hidesman from New Towne and got their wolf pelt delivered. Chuck also helped a veteran, Sacero, Borget who lost his farm due to back taxes when he was pulled away for the army. Feeding him and offering him land to work, Chuck set about to get him back on his feet. It was at this time, the Chuck also met the town's newest half-orc family Lax and Gax Gnold. One being a blacksmith and the other a herbalist. Taric also took the girls (Caroline and Katerina) to town for an outing. Caroline wanting to hear music, and Katerina was looking for a new book. Both got what they wanted before heading back to the Betony Estate for a nice dinner with Vort, Caphridius as a guest.
