My ideal version of quick create would also let me add notes for later. Like the old quick create that was a little box in the corner - you could give it a title, throw in some notes, and save it without leaving your current article. But any version of a quick create for Euclid-users is better than none. Being able to create without notes is better than not being able to create at all.
