Please add "Asylum" to the list of Building types

What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?

I would like to request the ability to specify that a building is an asylum. While an asylum could just be classed as a "Hospital", I feel that it is a particular kind of hospital that would benefit from having its own option.
As well as the ability to be more specific, I think calling the building a hospital implies a level of medical care that many asylums historically have not provided.  

How does this feature request address the current situation?

Adding "asylum" to the dropdown menu would solve the issue and, I think, make the building list a little more complete. It could be a helpful feature for gothic stories, but also historical, fantasy, sci-fi, horror... probably more? :)

    Asylums are historically their own entity seperate from a standard hospital as they deal with patients that may potentially be a danger to selves or others.

    Maybe there should be some sort of forum where we can suggest new categories like this for buildings, geography, etc. It seems inefficient to create a whole new feature suggestion to just add one word to a template. Or even better, allow the option to manually input our own description into those fields so if we want something specific, we can do it.
