Obue

Obue is an oligarchy established by elves located on the southeastern coast of Luro. The leaders are five elves that keep the positions for life, giving the position to whom they see fit upon death. Obue is a kingdom with large advances in the sciences, and best understand the world around them. They were the first to create vehicles for traversing the sea, sky, and land, and created the colony of Urun on Rasul to extend their research. While the fey dislike Obue's focus on science over magic, they get along with each other. Obue's population of three hundred mostly consists of elves and @goblins and a few @humans and @atleans. Obue has no official religion and is southeast of Hyda, east of Fiell, and northeast of @Minn.
