Fiell

Fiell is an oligarchy established by dwarves located in the central region of @Luro. Fiell's leaders consist of a council of seven: three dwarves, two @humans, and two @elves. Elections for each position occur once a decade, with each being staggered. A councilmember can only serve three terms. Fiell's homes are mostly in mountainside caves and treehouses. They have a population of about one hundred consisting of humans, elves, dwarves, and a handful of @goblins. Fiell get along with the @fey, with them often being consulted for council decisions or "adopted" by families. Fiell has no official religion and is located south of Svillo east of Ajan, north of @Minn, west of @Obue, and southwest of @Hyda.
