Queen
This is the symbol of the Queen. The owl stands for wisdom and strength, the heart for the love she has for her husband and Cidor. A queen serves for life, and relays on the Consort to keep Cidor safe. This concept has being around for years and has not changed ever since. The Firstborn Princess will take over the role, once the queen passes away and the girl is married.
Qualifications
The Queen was the former firstborn princess, who was of age and got married before the former queen died. The husband of the Queen is called Consort and he is the leader of the army.
No man is able to claim the title of King, as long there is a girl inside the household. There is only one exception, when there are no girls the firstborn prince will take place on the throne. Only to pass it down to his daughter, after he dies.
This only happened three times in the history of Cidor.
Requirements
The Queen, needs to be female, 21 years old and be married. This because her husband becomes the next Consort/ leader of the army.
Appointment
The Queen gets to be crowned by her father if he survives her mother. Otherwise, the local Witch Doctor takes over this role.
Oath
"These chairs are your seats of power. Will you respect this power and use it to protect the people of Cidor?" "We will." Both of them said. Now her father walked towards Idris. "Idris, this crown stands for your responsibility. Will you wear it?" Her father said. "I will." Idris replied. Her father placed the crown on Idris's head. Now he took the crown that would rest upon her head. "Zeudi, this crown stands for your responsibility. Will you wear it?" Her father repeated the question. "I will." She replied. And he placed the crown on her head. He turned towards the crowed. "Ladies and gentlemen, I give you your new queen and her consort!" Her father said loud. "Long live the queen and the consort."
Duties
The duties of the Queen are very simple, her husband is there to protect the land. She needs to take care of it. This by the hand of so-called missions;
- Cooking for the poor
- Helping when there is an illness
- Providing aid, in a disaster
- Providing medical care, during a disaster or war
Benefits
Although she needs to work hard, she lives a luxurious lifestyle with her family. When she is at home, but also when she is on a mission in a city or village. Because in those settlements there is a special house, that is for her, or her families use only.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
Never in the history of Cidor is this being attempted or even talked about. So there is no set way to do this, other than a civil war. Something nobody in Cidor wants.
