History
The council was created after the Swiot Wars, during the end of this war, the elders of every tribe pleaded for peace. Many young Odarul died, men and women alike. The elders feared that their race would have died out if the war continued. The tribe leaders listened to their plea and stopped the war. All the Odarul agreed from that moment on, they needed a government that decided almost everything. They selected the eldest member of every tribe to represent them in the council.
