Declaration of war

History

After the Swiot Wars all the tribes decided that only the Council of Oda can declare war. Something that what happened since. There ware some small fights between the tribes, but nothing that resulted in death.

Execution

In the middle of the village that is called the Seat of Oda there is a giant fireplace. This fire is called Cham'inmort. It always burns, even when it storms, and it is exposed to rain and wind.

The flame is always red, but after a Guerriad has spoken out, the flames are fouled with a substance that changes the color from red to blue. This blue flame can being seen by every tribe in Siekzinea, so that everybody knows there is war.
