Personal history
Arco was born as the older twin of Frecha Watermen, both were born under the zodiac sign Sagittarius.
He was born to Alina and Jack Waterman, both of them are high ranked engineers, by NASA. When the new space program Zodíaco asked them if they wanted to send their children to the moon, for a special program, his parents agreed. So Arco and his two sisters Aquria Watermen and Frecha Watermen where send to the moon for training. He and Frecha were 8 and Aquria was 10.
After two years, their training was done, and it was time to get back to earth. But on the way the pod, somehow, went off course and landed at the wrong spot in the ocean. Driven by pure adrenaline, they manage to escape the pod and swim to a sandbank. They were later taken off the sandbar, but the program demanded answers, which were not there.
He and Frecha declined further training at the Zodíaco program after that.
