Qualifications

Anyone who owns property within the Protectorate has this rank automatically.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

A member of the Chorus who is convicted of a crime may have their property siezed by the state if it is considered serious enough e.g. Murder. A judge can also force property into the hands of next of kin for lesser crimes but this is incredibly rare due to the unintended consequences that can occur.
