Djoser Senukhef

Djoser is a brave and loyal cleric of Sherazan, a chaplain of the Zahari janissaries, and an old friend of Matthias. Djoser fought on the losing side of the Zahari Civil War. When Rashad was victorious, Djoser accepted a lowly role within the corrupted janissary order, optimistically believing that there were still good paladins among them. As a double agent, he frequented The Twisty Turban, where he leaked intelligence concering Rashad's hunt for Nephotep's Codex to his ally Matthias. He even led the party up the River Tahrüq on his inconspicuous funeral barge to the site of Nephotep's Tomb. After plundering the tomb and helping the party vanquish its guardians, Djoser parted ways with the party, sailing back downriver...presumably to resume his double life among the jannisaries.
