Deshiya is capable of shapeshifting from humanoid to her Siren form (upper body of a humanoid, fish tail from waist and below) and back at will.
Special abilities
Being a Siren, she is capable of using charming- and enchantent aiblities. She may also perform the Siren's Kiss, which allows the recipient to breathe underwater for a set amount of time.

She prefers Rennaissance-era clothing, befitting a stereotypical pirate. She usually wears dark blues

Personal history
Deshiya Seablood was called into being by The Siren, whom she considers her mother. Her existence is a direct response to the Nyx Shadowmend crisis, whose assaults on Ya'rin had been mostly naval-based. After clearing away Nyx' straggling forces, Deshiya named herself Grand Admiral, and started her rise to power.
