Floorshine

This city primarily deals in Timberfolk matters and is located within the Timberlands proper. It has the highest staus of all the Timberfolk cities other than Prada which is located outside the main Timberlands . While most of the ruling government rests in Prada , this city will see The Great Wolves upon occasion.
The citizens here are mostly upper middle-class and have neither need nor fear of Humans in general. Due to the way Timberfolk have been treated across The Great Plains they are somewhat distrustful of people upon first sight.

Government

There is a local Ruling Board which rotates membership based on elections. The Board will settle disputes, issue and repeal laws and negotiate agreements with larger municipalities (countries, city-states, etc.) in the area.
Constables will patrol the area, searching by scent when required.
All different species of Timberfolk are allowed to participate in government, however normally the strongest and most aggressive species will dominate The Board and other higher ranking positions.

Infrastructure

Stone, wood and even metal are used in construction of buildings, roads and bridges. Major roads can fit two or more carriages side-by-side; alleyways can certainly be much more narrow.
Local plants were not removed, but incorporated into the city. Ther eis a large river with bisects the area with small canals branching off occasionally. Boats and bridges are very common in these areas.
The city has multiple levels - including underground - and this can afford living quarters and storage which is quite well insulated from the outside weather.
