Velkorran

Velkorran is the primary country of the Noctari people that lies between Consta and Feltremar . Velkorran is an Elvari word meaning "Prize of Lykora ." It is  believed that when The Dark Star fell to Xelestar, it had been lying hidden amidst The Void  of the night sky until Lykora found a group of people she deemed worthy of sharing her shadow magicks with.
