Bronze Chalice of Forgetfulness

There is only one bronze chalice with a magical enchantment used to curse the dragons that have active roles on the Metallic Council. This chalice was owned by the ancient bronze dragon Felgos. With the help of the Lich Kardun, he was able to enchant this chalice along with the other chalices owned by the other Metallic Council members.

Significance

At the last Metallic Council meeting, Felgos presented this cursed chalice as a unity cup. But, first, by pouring all the liquid into this chalice, then pouring it into the various other chalices. When this happened, the magical curse was imparted into the liquid, and when Metallic Councildrank from them, they got cursed. This curse turned all the council members into baby versions of various lesser races. Felgos then took the cursed Metallic Council members to Zuri's Orphanage, where Daise Felgos was being raised.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The chalice of forgetfulness curses a liquid, and anyone that drinks the fluid from their own cup or chalice will be cursed. This curse is a modified memory and true polymorph combination. However, it does create a way to break the curse. Whatever utensil that was used to drink from becomes a magical relic in its own rite. When this item was used to curse the Metallic Council, the following effects occurred.
When Eldenser drank from her chalice, it turned her into a baby Tiefling named Hilda. Her chalice turned into the Brass Chalice of Remembrance.
When Tyrangal drank from his chalice, it turned him into a baby Gnome named Godo. His chalice turned into the Copper Chalice of Remembrance.
When Havarian drank from his chalice, it turned him into a baby Half-Elf named Baldwy. His chalice turned into the Silver Chalice of Remembrance.
When Lareth drank from his chalice, it turned him into a baby Dwarf named Thangbre. His chalice turned into the Gold Chalice of Remembrance.
