Fleet Marshalls command two or more Ships in the Imperial Navy of The Brilliant Empire.

Qualifications

Fleet Marshalls have always served as a Captain.

Appointment

Fleet Marshalls are appointed by the Imperial Commander of Navies.

Accoutrements & Equipment

Generally, the Marshall wears the same uniform as their soldiers. On their dress uniform, the Marshall patch has seven gold stars and three black stars. This motif is repeated across the training fatigues and other gear - the seven gold and three black stars in a circle when possible; different variations of seven gold and three black stripes where it isn't.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

A Marshall can leave their position when they retire, are promoted, or are removed for bad conduct or failure to perform. The Imperial Commander of Navies can remove them.
