King Cyprien Nikolas Dell
Cyprien Dell is the first King and founder of the Kingdom of Delryn. He was part of the Second Immigration at the age of 18, and integral to the settling of the part of Westra that would become Delryn, as well as the organization of the people who settled there. He became Delryn's first monarch in 52 SI (11454 CE) and died at the age of 83, at which time he was succeeded by his oldest child, Myria Dell.

Cyprien was one of the major driving forces that shaped the evolution of the Second Immigration people into a unified people. An avid student of history and politics in the First World, Cyprien was also canny and well-liked amongst his peers. He was one of the authors of the new nation's constitution and other founding documents. It is said he took the throne reluctantly, despite the strong support of religious and political power figures. He was 70 years old at the time of his coronation and he ruled officially for 12 years before his death, but he was the power behind the nation for a much longer time.
Family Ties
Cyprien at the time of the Second Immigration arrived with no family, but he was fully embraced by his adoptive family and later his wife's family.
Religious Views
A casual doubter at best for his early years, Cyprien became a devout follower of The Senary in the second half of his life. The exact circumstances of his change of heart he kept mostly to himself, and his family thereafter closely guarded the secret, but there are old stories amongst the clergy and followers of all six deities of close encounters he supposedly had with each deity that changed his heart.

Wealth & Financial state
For all intents and purposes, Cyprien had little use for money beyond the absolute necessary, and he was widely known as frugal and reasonable in his living. He spent most of his time and energy trading in favors and knowledge instead of creature comforts. However, being considered not even yet an adult at the Immigration, he was adopted by a wealthy family, the Arion family, who had only one other child and left half of their fortune to Cyprien. He also married into money; his wife Anna Dell's family quickly established themselves as the leaders in manufacturing of cloth and linens soon after the Immigration, and she and their children ammassed large fortunes in this and the family's other business enterprises.
