Marvelous Maxim's Cart of Wonders
This is the wagon used by the Maxim Travelling Troupe to travel across the Kingdom of Cynia. While actually part of the troupe's larger caravan, it is the most recognizable vehicle of the lot, as well as being the one that the troupe's players will take into nearby towns in order to perform.
Being an enclosed vehicle, it allows the performers privacy to get changed into their costumes between acts, as well as providing storage for various props. The lower-half door is often used for performers to act out various bits, while the top half has a drawn curtain to, again, allow for privacy.
The outside of the wagon is painted in bright colours with unique fun designs on each side. Red is a common colour on all sides, and the main colour on the back wall surrounding the doorway. The door itself is a rich blue with green trim, and the curtain is changed out every season so its colour and pattern are different nearly every time one sees the cart.
Children from all across the kingdom know the cart by its signature bright paint and by the ringing of the bell that's hung on a hook above the curtain. People flock around the wagon once it settles in a large enough area, and a lucky first few to arrive will get to sit in the stools that the troupe provides. It's a common wish among the children that The Wonder Wagon will make an appearance in their hometown for the Spring Equinox festival.
Despite being over a decade old, the wagon is in good repair. The members of the troupe do their best to maintain The Wonder Wagon by regularly servicing it and giving it a fresh coat of paint when necessary. It is their biggest advertisement, after all.
