The central, temple-like building of Holy Hill, the Seat of the Sovereign Hierarch is where the Council of the Sovereign Hierarch would convene.
It is an ancient building, with entrances on numerous sides. It is elevated, accessed by large steps, and adorned with structural columns. It is a mostly white building, adorned with golden inlays.
