"Runeface" is an unidentified enforcer of the Finger of the Seer.
They wear heavy armor, and a helmet with a front mask piece that displays a glowing rune. They are also known to carry an artifact level spear as a weapon.
"Runeface" is apparently deaf. They were last spotted on Air Station Pluto.
