"Latty BaPell" was a resistance freedom fighter headquartered near Holy Hill. She belonged to the Free and Clear People's Liberation Front of Unfree Hindland.
A dwarf, Latty helped operate hidden tunnels leading to and from Holy Hill, helping liberate enslaved dwarven miners from the clutches of The Contingency.
