Jean-Claude was a high ranking resistance leader in Hindland during the rule of The Contingency.
He operated under the code name "Finatra." He is an aarakocra bard, and a lawyer by trade.
He aided the Free Peoples of True Hindland in their mission to restore the monarchy to Hindland.
He later joined in the effort to unify the new government under Queen Yewthinca. He was her personal advisor during peace talks with the orcs of Narg.
He, along with the rest of the party, vanished during their infiltration of Holy Hill.
