XT Courtyard

Design

The eastern half of the courtyard is completely covered by trees and flowers. These trees not only provide a lot of greenery, but also shade for the rest of the courtyard. In the center of them is a large stump, carved into a chair. The southwest corner serves as a garden, where most of the fruits, vegetables and herbs are grown for consumption in the tower. The rest of the courtyard is cleared to serve as a 'landing strip' or sorts for Zani when she returns to the tower, giving her some space to land and transform into her human form before entering.

Entries

The only entry into the courtyard is either by the private entry, or in the case of Zani, by flying into it over the walls.

Sensory & Appearance

The courtyard is overwhelmingly peaceful, and is lush with life.

Contents & Furnishings

The courtyard is more of a private garden, both in regard to the overwhelming variety of plant life as well as a garden, where a number of fruits, vegetables and herbs are grown for use in the tower.

Hazards & Traps

The outer wall has a number of alarm spells around it.

Special Properties

The courtyard has an overwhelming aura of calmness within it. Whether it is directly magical or a byproduct of the lush greenery is anyone's guess.
