Oldwall

Old Wall is a Northman town found in Northern Roscrea in Kingdon Elkenets. It sits upon a great bridge that connects the Telgan and Duadellian Peninsula. It is known for its large and impressive wall that completely encirlces the city and spreads from side to side, completely separating the two peninsulas and has kept raiders out, such as Serians, Werewolfs, and bandits. The town also has a long history of being ruled by the Namrian family.

History

Second Era

Oldwall was originally built in 4503 2E, years before the founding of Kingdom Elkenets. It was constructed before Elkuened itself and was considered the capital of the kingdom for some time before the building of Elkuened in 5225 2E. Construction began after the Serians were expelled from the Duadellian Peninsula and limited almost soley to the Telgen Peninsula. 
the Namrian family quickly spearheaded efforts to build mighty defenses to keep the Serians from reentering the Duadellian Peninsula, including a massive stone wall. Heldi Namrian was the first bilgram of the town.
In 4503 2E, the Flood of Fur was discouraged from going east, due to Oldwalls formidable defenses, and instead the werewolves were sent south instead. 
A massive assult on Oldwall occured on 4504 2E, when the Serians began to become desperate and searched for a desperate victory over the Roscreans. Hoping to regain a portion of the Duadellian Peninsula, Muluch ordered his greatest general, Dante Vante, to assault Oldwall, but the attack was ultimately unsucessful and only sped up the decline of the Seria. 
The town was taken over 6075 2E by the Volkan Empire but retaken in 6120 2E. 

Third Era

In 7267 3E, the Dlarn family tried to usurp the Namrian family in Oldwall in hopes to gain control of the town and its vital passageway to the island of Nalgourd to the north to allow the Witches of Nalgourd to gain an entryway into Kingdom Elkenets and help expand their influence. The plot was unsuccessful, but bilgram Kiven was assasinated. 

Fourth Era

By the Fourth Era, the town served as an important tourist attraction, and stops were designed along the wall to show tourists its rich history.
