Stromgard
Straddling the Eld river, Stromgard is the military capital of the Utlaegr people, though the official title still belongs to Utgard. Ideally located near the Moudrost border, most engagements during the Shaded War were launched from behind its fortified walls. Goods are shipped from Utgard to Kvia and back, with Stromgard generally being the midway stop. While Stromgard’s citizens have some independence in their own rule, they are subject to the laws decreed by the Triumvirate, and their armies are ruled by the Triumvir of War.
