Kvia
Kvia is the capital of the Emerald Coast. A veritable melting pot of culture and peoples, the port city brings in trade from upriver as well as across the ocean, making it the largest, most prosperous city on the continent. The banker lords of Kvia rule over the province, practicing neutrality whenever conflict arises between the mother nations of its many peoples. While the Head Patriarch technically holds supreme power, his role has been slowly shifted to that of figurehead.
