Neith's-Head-Unto-Siv is a ancient demonic city-state located in the Near Umbra of Waking Materia. On the rare occasion they're mentioned in Waking documents, their demonym is generally "Sivvite".

Neith's-Head-Unto-Siv is a flowing and malleable city, whose myriad halls, apartments and vistas apparently evolve at a glacial but noticeable rate. Angular or geometric shapes are all but absent, and visitors report seeing colours they didn't know existed. It should be noted that the demonic residents of Neith's-Head primarily use chemical signals to communicate with each other, and until the effects of these chemicals on Waking minds are better understood, it remains possible the above observations are hallucinatory. All descriptions of Neith's-Head-Unto-Siv should be treated as suspect.

Only at the scale of the entire city does the overall shape remain consistent: at its core appears to be the rough shape of the head and shoulders of a titanically large humanoid, facing directly upwards. Settlements are found atop the "face" and "shoulders", as well as on spiraling platforms around the "chest" and base. Whether this is the true remains of a creature, designed to seem that way or pure pareidolia is anyone's guess.

Neith's-Head has a single, colossal Moon, floating straight above it. Similar to Sarkoldu'un-Imathratep, the Moon's distance and wide coverage means a relatively egalitarian society by demonic standards, albeit with a clear elite residing in the needle-like spires in the Moon's closest vicinity.

Culture

Demonic residents of Neith's-Head are aloof to Material humanoids but usually not outright hostile, making it one of the safer Near-Umbral cities to visit. They seem to have a cordial relationship with Epitaph—another city that is (somewhat!) welcoming to Waking interlopers—as species of Neith's-Head can often be seen in the City of Auspices and vice versa.

Neith's-Head-Unto-Siv are a signatory of The Old Accords, which agree among other things to ban the enslavement of dreaming and dead souls.
