Ygníheim

Ruined capital city of the Tidal Empire

The old capital city of the Tidal Empire, which the world and all races were ruled from in the time before the Shattering of Bonds and World.
At the time of the Shattering, the city of Ygníheim split into three, each on the end of each of the three continents: Brondhaven on Apattla, Tingsbreach on Vensea, and Blytheholm on Delnat.

Demographics

The Sea Terrors lived in Ygníheim, thousands upon thousands. Slaves worked to forever make the city bigger, until it would stretch across all land in Vyngaard, and then the waters as well.

Government

Ygníheim was the centre rule for the Masters of the Tidal Empire, the terribly big and horrific creatures that controlled the Enforcers all across Vyngaard. Each Master had a district of their own, where their palace was the centerpiece. Around them lived their slaves and creatures they surrounded themselves with for entertainment.
It is unknown how many Masters there were, as Ygníheim was greatly damaged during the raids and invasions of the Glory Pantheon and their armies. They were the head of the entire Empire and control flowed downwards from them. By mentally controlling the Enforcers, the Enforces could then mentally control the workers and responsibles for each part of Vyngaard, making them do the bidding of the Masters.

History

The centre of all landmass when Vyngaard was one, was a deep lake in the forests. It was from this lake that the first Sea Terrors rose and it was in the surrounding woods that the first races were taken under the Sea Terrors rule.
