Mermea

Mermeas are creatures of the ocean. They are considered sentient beings and even live in underwater societies. They have innate magical powers which they enjoy exploiting to lure and manipulate other creatures. They can transform into humans and blend in their societies at any time during daytime but are forced into their original form during the night. Their Third eye is the source of their magic which cannot operate without it.
