Kingdom of Cul
The Cul boast the second largest city in Vi'Dan, Cu'La. This city acts as the nexus of the Kingdom of Cul and is where the King of the Cul resides. The kingdom's economy mainly focuses on iron and tin mining, as well as wheat and barley agriculture and the grazing of sheep. The kingdom is bounded by the A'an Hills to the west, which form a border with the A'Mi people of the west coast. To the north is found the strong but heavily decentralised naval lands of the Mu'u. To the south lie the powerful forest kings of Sen and the trading state of No Kin, operating out of No'or. The current King of the Cul, Ala V, traces his lineage to Cu'ul the great who had once united all lands north of the great mountains. The grand castle of Mo'lak is still situated where he had built it nearly 300 years previously.
Structure
King of the Cul: supreme leader of the Kingdom, rules through his power over the local lords
Holders: Lords who control allotted pieces of land (Holdships). Originally gained through merit and not hereditary, great priveliges have been extended to the Holders, with many dynasties being founded.
Barons: In control of a single keep, with the lands being allotted by the holder of that Holdship.

Controls the cities of Cu'la, Ve'La, T'La and Nu'To.
The kingdom consists of 19 different holdships, 4 of which contain just the cities listed above. The others consist of a wide range of size, population and autonomy.
