Iks'Ths

Tribe of the Western Territories. The Iks'Ths tribe is renown for their impeccable resilience and for their aggressive nature. It takes quite a while to keep one from the Iks'Ths tribe down, so do be prepared when facing off against a Warrior or Mystic. Because of the conditions of their home, Desert Kyorei do whatever they can to protect themselves and their homes. That means any impending threat will be met with full force aggression until it either yields or is neutralized. Besides that, members of the Iks'Ths Tribe are notoriously stubborn in nature. While their intentions are usually in good heart, they tend to have a hard time trusting in others' judgment compared to their own, making it hard to work with them in battle sometimes. Members of the Iks'Ths Tribe have a heart of gold, and are usually the most honest out of their cousins. They care about their comrades, they just have a hardy way of showing it.

Desert Kyorei of the Iks'ths Tribe are hardy, stubborn, and often stand off-ish. That being said, the Iks'ths Tribe find great value in honesty and transparency. They've no reason to keep secrets if it is not a dire need. They place their trust in very few souls who are not their own as it is much too easy to trust and be manipulated. All newcomers are left at arms length, but that's not to say that they can give no respect.
If you treat an Iks'Than with respect, they will return the gesture graciously. Bad impressions can end up taking them a while to warm up to a new person, however with time and effort they will open up. However, any and all who practice Light or Dark Magic (with particular prejudice against Dark Magic) are turned away. Any and all residents who are found studying such taboo arts are Exiled immediately before the Iksthgozi.
