Ik'Latha Ovik (Eek-La-Tha Oh-Vih-k)

Village of the Iks'Ths Tribe. Ik'Latha, unlike most villages, is stationed underground in the Igneus Desert away from the sun's rays. Down below is a network of homes and caverns made for their marketplace. Because they operate underground, gratings have been made to make it easier to breathe beneath the earth, as well as to expel carbon dioxide so that the residents do not die of suffocation.

• Because they live underground, they also have access to different metal alloys in the form of ores and sediment that make valuable trade with other villages.

Demographics

Ik'Latha is compromised of entirely Desert Kyorei. Because they live in the conditions they do, rarely do their brethren visit.

Government

The village runs on a Meritocracy way of life. The strongest and most willful of the Kyorei must show off their skills to show that they can protect and take care of the village once the previous Iksthgozi steps down.

Their position underground and the constantly shifting sands around them.

Architecture

Tone and marble cut to frame the parts of their home dug out for residency/merchants. They will also utilize sundried bricks.

Geography

Their home is made up of sand and cracked Entisol (dry soil) patches, one particularly large patch of Entisol being what this village used to dig underground and set up their home. It is a flat, dry, erosional landscape that supports very little life due to a large lack of moisture or rainfall for months on end.
