Neovia
Neovia, the toungue-in-cheek name for the particular part of the Jade Shores that Zero and Atra were allowed to settle after the Day the Sky Fell. Half refugee camp, part outreach facility HQ, Neovia is nestled into the foot of Emerald's Ascension, near the start of the palisades. A modest camp, it doesn't take up a great amount of space to house the few semi-permanent residents.
The thriving ecosystem near and around the Jade shores is home to a wild array of creatures and biomes, as the region is rife with natural energy and resources making its Bazaar and Trade Quarter the most well stocked one in the region. The central marketplace of the Neo is home to their own public house near lodging to suit the needs of any weary traveler. Although its inception was met with resistance, the Neo has grown into a respectable port and meetingplace of the different cultures of the Jade Shores.

Defences
Harrowing geography. riptides in the Freshwater Sea keep the bay from being accessed without detailed knowledge of the currents. Emerald's Ascension guards it from one side with a sheer cliff face that shoots straight out of the water at one edge of the beach. Thick forests also border the area and have deterred most visitors from ever exploring the area. Its natural remoteness has left it mostly untouched by the rest of the world for millennia.
Industry & Trade
The Neo commands no fiat currency, but trades in Bonds. Bonds are trades of services for the appropriate fee. They can be haggled and bartered like fiat currency but work more like community service. By trading favors in this way, it established the Conservatory as an group truly committed to becoming a part of the Jade Shores community.
