Sainthood
Saints are mortals who have been elevated by the Gods, to a position of demi-Godhood. Often the subject of legend, their stories resemble certain ideals or morals which the Gods find to be important in some way, whether it is praise worthy or despicable, depends on the Saint. Some of these Saints are derived from The Old Gods, meaning that these figures are, while not entirely as powerful as the Gods, still important in the ways of the world.
The worship of Saints is common in the Barradin Empire, especially among specialized clerics or paladins, who find that a particular saint fits their ideals best.
