Jarl Hindar V
Jarl Hindar Otharsson the fifth is the current ruler of Hindarskjall , a sizable city in the region of Jaervor.
Born of his father, Keller, they were destined to become the heir to Hindarskjall and rule over it in the name of the Barradin Empire. However, ten years after The Melding, Hindar retook the city with his personal forces from the inside out. This quick and efficient battle earned him the nickname: The Cunning.
He met his wife, Marianne, during an expedition on which he was hunting a Manticore. The two quickly fell in love and married the summer after. Together they had seven children, the youngest of which is Ingwild. Sadly, Marianne died during childbirth in 4E 13.
Hindar prides himself on his care for the people of his community, his skill in battle and taming of beasts and the Menagerie that he built behind the Hall of Stags, in which he keeps a plethora of strange beasts and monsters, for study and his own amusement.
