Birch Quarry

Birch Quarry is a small quarrying village in the Boar forest, in the southern regions of Jaervor. It features a sizable quarry and a reasonably sized logging operation. The town has a small smithy, which makes mostly mining implements and tools, a lodging house, a general store, a cartwright and some common craftsmen who own shops.
The town was established as part of an operation of the Masons Guild, in order to gain a steady source of the white stone that is mined here in the area.
Most of the townsfolk are locals and were born here. Incidentally, the majority are followers of the Church, due to the nearby church in Oppisal and the Inquisition chapterhouse there.
