Personal history
Alric was born to a group of Human bandits that lived in The Blacklands. Either he was abandoned, or his family was killed, leaving him alone to fend for himself at the young age of five. He learned to hunt and survive in the barren hard baked desert of The Blacklands, withdrawing into himself and becoming more bestial than man. He was found by a group of roving slavers who kidnapped him and sold him in Amoth to Lady Zaash.
From there he was pit into the pits to die in combat a a throw away, due to his young age. To the surprise of all, he managed to survive his first test in the pits, and drew the attention of more than a few of those in the crowds. He spent the next twenty years fighting everything the pit could throw at him, and rising to the level of Grand Champion of the Pits. He was so successful, that he was gifted freedom by Lady Zaash, in order to move him out of the pits, due to his never losing a single match in his entire career.
