Early Intervention Program

The Early Intervention program is a step in advance of Chimera's Fledgling Mentorships, seeking to identify humans infected with vampire venom before they turn, and teach them how to cope with their condition as well as finding out as much as possible about the vampire who turned them in order to potentially free them.
