Progenitor of Life
For eons, Mother and Father existed in the darkness of The Void. Time passed without purpose. As forseen by Mother, She took a piece of herself and a piece of Father to create Daughter, the first creation in the Void. Daughter shone as a singular light in the darkness. An age passed in ignorance of what was to become. There came a time when Daughter went to Mother and asked for her future. Mother wept and told her of the future as Chaos' bride, for Chaos who had long since been away in the Void was soon to return. But Daughter steeled her heart and went away to plan in secret. She went away for a time, and when Chaos returned to claim the light, she rebuked him and cast him aside. But Chaos was powerful and did not go quietly. It took all of Daughter's strength until her light shattered into a thousand pieces. But each piece had a shadow and would carry with it a piece of Chaos' corruption.
You wish to know more about the reason I am banished here? Books won't help you. This happened before there was writing. Before there were people. The Eternal Daughter was born and died in the Void. She never saw her legacy and was never meant to see it. But, her legacy lives on in an imperfect form. Every living creature in their world contains a piece of the divine soul. It can be split into an infinite number of pieces for it never had a finite quanitity to begin with.
The Essence of Life was meant to be my wife, and we could rule the cosmos together. Light and darkness are meant to be together. One cannot exist without the other. But, she spurned me and cast me aside. She banished me out here into the farthest reaches of the Void. Now, I wait. I wait for the one who never tires to find me because He will lead me back. Only then can I be reunited with what is mine. The creatures created from the shards of her essence will be my subjects.
