Thiefs Bay

Aptly named, this bay is well sheltered from poor weather, yet plagued by pirates. The recent outpouring of Esperite from Kathanika has two primary routes of export, through the Green Sea, or through this bay. While the Arbethian Kingdom strictly patrols the Green Sea, this bay is patrolled by the Inniash Khaganate, who have committed far fewer resources to the endeavor. Many believe this is a product of Innish political corruption, as it appears most of these pirates are Innish themselves, and very well armed and organized for pirates. The Inniash Khaganate was the country that received the worst land rights upon Kathanika, and have profited the least, causing many to believe that much of this piracy is done by Inniash Navy in disguise as a method of retribution.
